About the Hosts
Emily

Power – time travel, because she wants to bitch slap dinosaurs.
Nemesis - tofu
Everybody is a nerd in their own way. Emily’s nerdism happens to lie in junk food. She is the queen of all things bad for you from cheeseburgers to fun dip and a serious full time groupie to drive thrus near and far. It all started in the yester years of strategically placing leftover Halloween candy all over the house as a stash for the rest of the year. No jokes kids, this covers everything from taping Sprees to the lid of the record player to putting Kit Kats in the bottoms of shoes. You may be wandering what this has to do with anything, but in fact it is the basis of this show. The idea came about one night while Emily was concocting the perfect mixture of Pop Rocks and Mountain Dew on her palette. As the liquid sizzled and the rocks exploded it set off this light bulb filled with the curiosity of what nerds all around the world were doing at that exact moment to satisfy their strange, geeky, and WTF nerd needs. Next, all she would need is a equi-super-nerdy co host who would join her in nerd seeking ventures of The Nerd Report Podcast. Emily shined her signal of duck taped glasses into the sky and out of the darkness in her cape and fists full of candy came Sabrina Miller.

Power – J+ (because J is never used) – and her super power is being invisible because she really liked that movie Hollow Man and if Kevin Bacon can do it, then she can too damn it.
Being the daughter of a photographer and also that of an accountant, Sabrina had nerd cells in her blood from the moment she was born. Her family vacations consisted of her getting yelled the following “Will you get your nose out of that book and look around you?” – “Well, sheesh, what the hell do I need to see the lushness of Hawaii for when this book is so much better?”
Sabrina’s love for books turned into a natural curiosity for all things that were a little more reclusive, hence a perfect fit for the Nerd Report. As an adult, her tastes have changed more toward tech. She got her first Macintosh computer in 1994 and unfortunately migrated over to the PC world out of force. Many term papers were written on a PC, and many keyboards were drooled on during that time, but it wasn’t until later that she had an appreciation for what went into computers. Now as an Apple exclusive user, she blogs, researches, creates, and hunts down the nerdiest of the nerds to get them to expose why they love doing the nerdy things they do.
She is a player of the Nintendo DSi, a huge fan of the iPhone, and secretly likes banging on the drums in Guitar Hero. She also gets weird looks when she tells people that she’s really, really into theatre and all the backstage coolness that happens along with it. She really hates going to Fry’s (blasphemy, she already knows, people) and although she still loves photography and really needs to get her camera out and use it, she has an unadulterated hatred for numbers and sucks at math.
