30 days of night
As I mentioned during Nerdcast 3.0, my absolute favorite comic turned movie is 30 Days of Night. 30 Days of Night is a 3 book mini series written by Steve Niles and illustrated by Ben Templesmith. The series is set in Barrow, Alaska where in the winter there are 30 sunless days, hence the name 3o Days of Night.
